Here at Cath's Cupcakes we think it's all very well for a cake to look pretty, but if it doesn't taste amazing it's missing the point.

That's why we only use the freshest ingredients and we source them locally whenever possible. Our lovely free range eggs are from the happy chickens at Knowes Farm in East Lothian and are delivered to us on the day they are laid. All of our flavourings are natural - high quality dark chocolate, fresh lemon zest, fresh strawberries in season.

We love experimenting and are constantly adding new seasonal flavours to our menu so hopefully you will find plenty to take your fancy! Our humble aim is that our cakes will be the best you've ever tasted.

Bourbon Vanilla A lovely light vanilla cake finished with a delicious Bourbon Vanilla buttercream which can be coloured any shade you like! Also available with chocolate chips.

Gooey Chocolate Our top selling dark chocolate cake slathered with a creamy chocolate buttercream.

Chocolate Dream Another incarnation of our chocolate cake, this time draped in a white chocolate buttercream.

Zesty Lemon A zingy lemon cake topped with a fresh lemon juice buttercream.

Carrot A delicately spiced carrot cake chock full of sultanas and pineapple with orange cream cheese frosting. Can also be topped with vanilla buttercream and desiccated coconut.

Go Bananas A lovely moist banana cake topped with vanilla cream cheese frosting. Also available in a chocolate chip version.

Rosie A delicate rose cake with rose syrup infused buttercream, topped with crystallised rose petals.

Chocolate Chili A hint of chili to warm your tastebuds in our signature chocolate cake.

Choca Mocha Our best selling chocolate cake again, this time topped with a shot of espresso buttercream.

Latte Light coffee cake with a shot of espresso buttercream, finished with a walnut.

Gooey Gluten Free Chocolate Hurray! Our top selling dark chocolate cake is also available in a gluten free version. Still totally delicious and slathered with a creamy chocolate buttercream - why should you miss out? We can also make this dairy free though it would come with a dusting of icing sugar rather than the buttercream.
